Okay, so tomorrow it'll have been a month. I have to say it hasn't gone the way I had expected it to.
It's been awesome. I helped Oscar move his stuff into his new apartment yesterday - It's in a place called Rusholme, just a little outside of where I stay in the centre of town. It's after a thing called the 'Curry Mile' a road filled with about 100 Indian restaurants and takeaways, lit up like Vegas. He is to inhabit a flat with his new band mate Will (who is very nice) in a building which Steve Coogan once lived in. I like the building. It's like a cross between Fawlty Towers and The Shining. Afterwards, I got a phonecall from my Dad saying he was in Oldham for a work contract. I asked Oscar to drop me off without really thinking of the concequences. Before I knew it, he had met my dad. I almost imploded. What a ballache. All is well though.
He's in Glasgow this weekend, I'm in London. It sucks basically. He's one of the greatest people I have ever met. Happy Halloween.
